I’ve been a loyal customer at Carrousel Cleaners for years, regularly bringing in large amounts of clothing for cleaning. Recently, I brought in a big order worth nearly $400, which included an expensive cashmere shirt that cost me over a couple hundred dollars. When I went to pick everything up, the shirt was missing. I had been going to you for about a year. I knew your service was expensive, so only took my designer or higher end garments. However, at my last visit I was informed a scarf was considered to be Burberry, when in fact it was a fake. You charged me $44 to clean. I mentioned to the lady that she should have asked me whether I wanted to spend that much BEFORE being cleaned and charged.

Since the spring when I took my white coat in to Fletchers to have it cleaned, apparently here was an issue with a lipstick that was overlooked in the pocket, I have been trying to get in touch with Cam repeatedly, both with the managers at Lions Gate and the one at Fletchers, no call back, no message, nothing
Lack of transparency regarding prices charged. If 20% coupon was applied it was not reflected in the price we paid. Cost per shirt does not match PriceList which was only provided after multiple requests.
Please don’t send me weekly messages regarding booking a pick up or delivery. I know how to reach you as needed.
I had a conversation with a lady manager few weeks ago regarding my alteration question with my red dress had 2 different alterations. The 1st alteration did not shorten to the length it should be and I paid 2nd time for it. Since then, I did not hear anything from Carousel nor a comment from the lady I spoke to in April.
