I’ve been a loyal customer at Carrousel Cleaners for years, regularly bringing in large amounts of clothing for cleaning. Recently, I brought in a big order worth nearly $400, which included an expensive cashmere shirt that cost me over a couple hundred dollars. When I went to pick everything up, the shirt was missing.
