Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. Door to door pick up is convenient and reliable. Responsive to requests. Overall very satisfied. Minor Negatives. Prefer one recipe not multiples. If initial clean (collar/cuffs) are not optimal, prefer second or third attempt before clothes are returned. (Quality check) If buttons missing or repair required, prefer this is automatically taken care of prior return. Starching of shirts inconsistent. Request all shirts are returned heavily starched.

I brought in a badly stained bedspread I bought in Italy years ago and carted home. I thought I’d have to chuck it and I really loved it. Carousel got all the stains out and delivered it back to me totally restored and looking like new! And it was over 10 years old and never cleaned before. So totally happy with carrousel!
