Quality and prompt service! I took a few items to the North Van location and wanted them available for the following day, ideally before my 2 PM meeting even though their usual return time is after 5 PM. Samantha made a note on my file requesting an earlier return and said the cleaners will do their best and that it's a possibility. Door to door pick up is convenient and reliable. Responsive to requests. Overall very satisfied. Minor Negatives. Prefer one recipe not multiples. If initial clean (collar/cuffs) are not optimal, prefer second or third attempt before clothes are returned. (Quality check) If buttons missing or repair required, prefer this is automatically taken care of prior return. Starching of shirts inconsistent. Request all shirts are returned heavily starched.
