Cameo service was exceptional !! I have had all my beautiful clothes, gowns and have had even my expensive bag cleaned.Their work is above standards, They even repaired a leather coat that was a little worn.! They are the best dry cleaners,!!!

I was amazed! The quality of the Dry cleaning was like no other. My Tom Ford Tux was pressed smooth, no impressions or shine. My Tux shirt was bright and crisp. The attention to detail was on the spot. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The free bottle of water of great too!

They ruined my $1,200 coat! I brought my Mackage coat to be cleaned 1 month ago when they assured me that they are THE Mackage cleaners. I paid $385 but the day I took my coat home, I found rips on it that weren't there before. The coat was brand new when I brought it in but because of the damages, my coat now has depreciated in value by more than half, not to mention that I had plans to sell it. I asked for my wedding dress to be cleaned and returned folded without preservation. (My dress does not have straps and cannot be hung.) I was informed that they could not fold the dress without preservation (in spite of the fact that they do have boxes), so I asked for it to be returned unprocessed. Cameo then took it upon themselves to sew a strap onto the underlayer of my dress, loop literal pounds of fabric up and over a hanger, and return it HANGING. I put in an online request for pickup last Monday and asked for special care to be taken with the beaded collar of the top included in my bag. On Monday, instead of giving your driver the black Cameo bag, he was given a FreshDirect bag, marked in 2 places for EcoLaundry (w/ no beaded top). That was my doorman’s error and the driver didn’t realize.
