All our clothes were cleaned well. The one who checked us out helped carry our clothes to the car which was good. She was very nice. We have been customers at Burke, before but we hadn't been there for a while. We were pleased with the speedy service.

I would have given a 5 star rating however, when I went in to pick up my items the girl behind the desk was not exactly what I would say excited to help me out. But the experience dropping the items off and the cost was really good. She was very accommodating and seemed to really care about the business. I think (sheer opinion) That these younger workers forget what service is all about and why they even have their job...I probably don't need to go into that further. Burke Cleaners did a wonderful dry cleaning job on my mother-of-the-bride two-piece dress, as well as a floor-length bridesmaid dress...they both turned out beautifully!!
