Incredibly easy. The renovations are impressive and I’m excited to have a kiosk that allows to pick up and drop off whenever we see fit to our schedule. It isn’t up and running yet, but I’m sure it will be a hit. I do wish we could get coupons for cleaning. I never can find any and would love to be able to save every now and then.

The customer service was great. A stain was lift on 1 garment which was so wonderful. All 3 pieces in my order turned out great. The only draw back was not having the usual coupons in valpak from which to use as the prices are high and thats difficult on my budget.
