I would have given a 5 star rating however, when I went in to pick up my items the girl behind the desk was not exactly what I would say excited to help me out. But the experience dropping the items off and the cost was really good. She was very accommodating and seemed to really care about the business. I think (sheer opinion) That these younger workers forget what service is all about and why they even have their job...I probably don't need to go into that further.
