I hadn't been to Burke before, so i didnt know what to expect. Some drycleaners are small and dingy but the Burke cleaners was larger and very welcoming. The person who waited on me was very pleasant and efficient, and offered me a discount since it was my first time.

Jennifer provides amazing service! When I need to modify the cleaning instructions on an order she makes sure everything comes back perfectly. Often when I drive up and park and enter the store she has my clothes ready and hanging on the rack. The quality of cleaning is excellent too!
