2 pair of my black jeans were ruined because they were shrunken and faded. I'm sure they were laundered instead of being dry cleaned as requested.

My articles that are dry cleaned come back nicely done. However anything that is pressed comes back ridiculously bad. I might add, the prices are ridiculously high! All the the people I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly.

The process of the dry cleaning softens up the material so they receive a better, crisper press on them. I trust Burke Cleaners with all my dry cleaning needs. My last order I received a call that a shirt was missing from my order. I was asked for a value of the shirt so my account could receive a credit. In the end, my shirt was located and Burke still gave me a discount on my order due to the inconvenience.

Usually I’m very happy w/all the cleaning you guys provide. Recently I brought in an organic mattress pad & was told you weren’t able to clean it even though the tag said dry clean. The girl refused to service it. So..I took it to the laundry mat & used the largest machine to cold wash on delicate. When I air dried it it shrunk in 1/2. Best shirt service I’ve experienced in 30+ years of nationwide experience with other cleaners. Like the clear plastic collar keeper. Wish you would go green on your bags and packaging. Seems there has to be a recyclable material for this. Or, provide us a credit for recycling hangers, bags, etc.
