Your prices are higher than other cleaners but it’s worth it. Your staff knows me by name and how I want my order. I’ve had no problems since the cleaners I was doing business with parted ways. The idea of texting you when your order is ready is a nice touch. All of this makes me feel that you appreciate my business.

I hate having the cuffs of my shirts/blouses creased. For colored linen eventually it leaves discoloration. Brothers (besides Hilkers where I used to go before they ranked and lost 2 shirts with no reimbursement) is the only place that is mostly consistent with my request. Though even with tags on to NOT crease cuffs it is hit or miss. Don’t people read? Other than that, great job!
Having to wear a suit daily for the last 40 years, I know a good dry cleaners. Brothers at the corner of Millbrook and Creedmore is the best ever. People are absolutely awesome and my clothes always come back to me perfect.
