Called the 800 phone # for pickup, promised pickup never came. I have been a customer for several years, and had already used pickup and delivery to my present address. Took the sweaters to nearest Brothers shop, and the clerk was very helpful and pleasant. They delivered back my clean sweaters in a few days. Thanks, but I still am not sure of my driver's phone #--forgot to ask in the store!
