Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. It is a delight going to Brothers Cleaners at Townridge Shopping Center in Raleigh Summi, the Service Manager, always greets you with a warm , sincere welcoming smile. She makes you feel like a king. She is very consistent with excellent customer service and ensures the customers are fully satisfied with services rendered .
Everything we have sent has come back perfectly. Also, the pickup has been very reliable.
Home pick-up and delivery was always a nice convenience. Now, with the Covid-19 pandemic, it’s a necessity for us. Really appreciate Bill Wrenn.
I’ve been sending my clothes to Brothers Cleaners for over a year and they’ve proven to be consistently good and timely. I’m very picky about my clothes - hard to satisfy, but I have had no problem with Brothers.
