Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. You always do such a lovely job, but $30 for 2 dresses is too high. It really is. This is why I use you infrequently, as other companies offer more in the way of coupons. Your monthly specials only apply to me ONCE a year, for example.
As a new customer, I was treated with courtesy and respect by a very friendly and welcoming employee . My shirts were ready ahead of schedule and with just the right starch, exceeding my expectations. The COVID-19 provisions of drive up drop off and pick up were very convenient. Communication online was outstanding. Thanks for great service!
