Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I was surprised when I picked up a sleeveless shell tank and it was $9.62. Too much.
We have a pleasant experience every time we visit the Creedmoor Road store, as Jennifer gives the ultimate customer service with a great attitude and attention to our needs. The other staffers also do a really nice job!

Over the years, it’s always been a courteous experience! I never wait too long and even the “kids” working there “get it” - although I will always love my older crew lady who has been with you a long time!
Found our items quickly. Had a zipper put in ski pants. Only ones we trust with our daughters wedding dresses.
When I brought my clothing in I had received a coupon on my phone for $1 off each item. By my receipt I did not get the $1 off per item. What can be done about this? I still have the coupon on my phone.
