Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I’m a returning customer. The lady was very nice. She made reference to my being a customer at the other location and welcomed me back. The clothing was beautifully cleaned and the full pleated palazzo pants looked new with each and every pleat in place - other cleaners have destroyed similar items I had cleaned by pressing the pleats out. I am absolute happy I reconnected with Brothers Cleaners and will be returning for future cleanings. Job well done!!!!!

Not from Raleigh just in the area for a few days and needed a place to get my white shirt cleaned and they did AMAZING!! Looked brand NEW 😍. I tried another cleaners for three other pieces because I had been there before and didn’t want to bring too many to this new dry cleaner (brothers) on the first visit.
