Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Brother’s Cleaners manager is the epitome of ‘superior’ customer service. There was a mixup with my order. I filled out an online form and Ben Moore response time was within 5 minutes of my email. Not only did he take care of it, he had the clothes delivered to my house, and gave me his personal number to contact him, in the event I ever had an issue again.
Larry comes and does pick up and drop off. He is as nice as it can get and always with a smile. Hilkers also does all the duvets for our Airbnbs
Ms.T and Ms. Arlene are miracle workers!
