Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Care was taken to deliver on time and keep my clothes clean.
I have been using The Brother's Cleaners for many years estimated 15-years. I happen to l live estimated 25-miles in a different county, I drive by a number of cleaners. The Team is great, outstanding, and very professional. I am completely satisfied.
I have had my clothes cleaned at Brothers Cleaners on Atlantic for 10 plus years. Their level of attention to cleaning my clothes and making them look great is unsurpassed! Cindy is the backbone of the Atlantic Ave location. I will be doing business there as long as Cindy is there. I sure hope she doesn’t retire before I do!!
I needed more than regular dry cleaning services. I needed expertise on care for vintage items that suffered from all the love and wear during the 1970s nightclub scene. I received excellent customer service from several knowledgeable experts and walked away with a huge relief knowing my items are in the right caring hands Thank you!!!
I brought in 4 tablecloths for cleaning and when I got home and checked my emails I found a 25% discount coupon. When I was notified my order was ready for pickup I took the email with me to show the clerk. She immediately took the 25% of my bill. Not only does Brothers do a terrific job , they happily go out of their way to be fair and professional with their customers. I recommend them highly
Customer service is the best! Even when staff is busy they still find time to be pleasant. I had brought in my church table cloths needing them before the actual te it takes to clean but you guys worked it out and I got them back in time!! Thank you for all you do!
