Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Love the Brother's location at Creedmour and Millbrook Rd. Jennifer and Kristy are always friendly, cheerful and helpful. I am amazed at the quality of the work and how FAST my items are returned, sometimes in hours - not days. They notify me via text when my items are ready, which is always helpful. I can't say enough good things about Brothers in general and this location in particular. They don't just get it right, they get it perfect.
I have nothing but praise for Brothers Cleaners. I am a new customer, was greeted by a very professional, considerate person at the front desk. I was given discount coupons for future visits. They sent me a text and an email letting me know when my clothes were ready to pick up. They offer free pick up and delivery. Brothers always does a good job with my clothes but they're pricey. I could never afford to take items there frequently.
This was my first time taking anything to be dry clean and I loved how my bedspread came back. At first I was very skeptical of the price I said to myself I could put a few more dollars and get a comforter on sale but you all did a great job I’ll recommend you guys
