Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. It is always a very good visit to your store and with your Store Manager, who is very professional and represents your company very well. Cleaning is always done right and on time...Always.
Great people whom greeted me; available was a new employee training, nice. I drop off two dresses which didn’t required nothing only than dry clean service. I had no idea that I was purchase a new dress which was the price of two sleeves, regular length dresses which cost me $32.00. Very pricey and will not considered using again. I’ll make sure I do this in my city/town @ home before ever paying an outrageous price again in Raleigh Durham.
They always do such a good job and are very personable.

From going through the door, to completing the transaction to picking up the product, the staff was friendly efficient and caring. The facility was clean, light and welcoming. The overall experience was a 5 STAR.

Jennifer is the friendliest and always makes you feel like she is so glad you came in, whether you are picking up an order or dropping one off. She is the reason I go to Brothers!
Great service. Please get some window shades for that location so that the employee is not blinded by the sunlight and customers can see too.
