Very expensive. Don't always do great work, have ruined some buttons and one collar. Once I came by when the stuff was supposed to be ready and it wasn't and they rushed to finish it and did a poor job. Didn't offer a discount or credit. Need to up their customer service for sure. Update: I had entirely forgotten about writing this review after a few frustrating experiences with them, but was confronted with it by the owner after I informed her about more broken buttons in my last two batches. The Owner, Marti, took over the reins of this family business from her Dad many years ago and does a wonderful job. She is always willing to accommodate. Whether it be alterations, quickly needed additions to my orders and special deliveries, she always comes through for us. Pick-up and Delivery is invaluable. Broadway Cleaners has been honored numerous times within the Industry and Community. As I have lived in Woodside for 30 years and tried many Cleaners, I feel comfortable in giving this establishment high marks.
I agree with several of the previous reviews. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I took my suit I didnt check if all the stains went away but they certainly didnt say anything either. When I put on my suit I realized all 3 pieces had stains that didnt go away! I went back and was accused of having made those stains since then. The owner offered to try to get rid of those stains again but not for free, for half the price I paid the first time. Wow Broadway cleaners I tried several other cleaners along the peninsula and I had a sweater need to have the zipper and Broadway cleaners came to the rescue so I give them five stars out of five
The worst service. They ruined my jacket and when I claimed they said that I made that. They did not apologize and very rough. My jacket is two colors in the sleeves and hat. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this place.
