The service is excellent with fast turn-around. The staff was very friendly and helpful to make sure I was happy with my order. The extended hours are also very convenient!

I’ve put out the bag on 3/7 and on 3/3. Didn’t get picked up both days! Today I put it out at 6:35am. Still missed the driver. Are you not picking up anymore? This had happened earlier as well. Couple of weeks ago, I got shirts delivered that didn’t belong to me. This too has happened before. I sent in my concerns if my shirts were sent to someone else via App and text but no one reached back to me with reassurance. Disappointed at the quality of service.
I didn’t use your service twice. The first cleaning and pressing of my jacket was terrible. My white jacket came back with a gray tinge to it and the pressing included ironed in creases. So you did the job again. But you lost me as a customer because you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Unsubscribe me because I wouldn’t give you another chance.
