First I was greeted immediately with a smile and hello. I can tell a smile by the eyes and body language even with the mask on for the pandemic. She was so helpful and answered my questions and set me up in the computer in about a minute probably less. Then I received a text 3 Hours later that said my clothes were done. I was very impressed and if I were to give a 10 out of a score of 1-10 I give her a 10. Please let her know this and I may have just given my first 10 of my life. Only place I use for my dry cleaning is Rocky Hill. Store and service here is 7 Star. I give credit to the Store Manager, She is great.

I have many sweaters cleaned at Best. I am able to take them out and wear them, whether it's a week or a year later. Their packaging is second to none!
