First time at Best Cleaners in Windsor CT. Excellent customer service at the time of drop off with the manager. She gave me suggestions as to how to care for a leather coat before investing the money to dry clean it. I got a text that my same-day order was ready two hours before it was scheduled to be ready. Fantastic and friendly staff when I picked up my order. I've found a new cleaner! Steve ~

I wrote that I had an experience where I was charged to dry clean gloves left in the pocket of my coat. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner seeing the note, refunded the cost of cleaning the gloves to my credit card. Thank you Carmen, that was kind of you.
