I got “barfed” on at a concert in Hartford at the XL Center by someone sitting behind me. I brought my beloved silk jacket to Best Cleaners to see if it could be saved. It looked better than new when I picked it up later that day! Great service at a reasonable price.

At the North Haven location the tailor is great, however the front counter and the manager need to elevate their customer service attitude a bit. Could be more friendly and more consistent.
