I have always been pleased with the quality of service delivers by Best Cleaners.
Ladies were nice, however, they were unable to address my concerns about getting oil off of my coat, and we unfamiliar with the cleaning process. Then, I had to lint roll my own coat when I went to go pick it up. Not impressed.
Not great. Customer service needs improvement;I wanted to pay upfront, and was refused; as this was time consuming.
The Glastonbury cleaners gets 5 stars!!! BUT the clothes that arrive from the Middletown cleaners via home delivery is often poor 2-3 stars. This is NOT a reflection on the wonderful driver who picks up and brings back our clothes.

They are fast on checking in and checking out. The work they do is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Their dry cleaning and alterations are top notch!
