Have gone to Best many , many, times. Always great service, helpful staff, friendly, Very satisfied with my dry cleaning. So glad they are still open and at the Poquonock Avenue Location.
I was so impressed with Ana at the Plainville store. She is so knowledgeable about fabrics and the way they may respond to the solvent. She took the time to patiently demonstrate why I should not risk ruining my black and white dress. She also did a beautiful job washing and steaming drapes that she immediately knew could not be dry cleaned due to the lining. She was a pleasure to meet and I will never go elsewhere.
Picking up dry cleaning - as it was not mine, I do not feel qualified to quantify the work. Had no trouble in obtaining the items.
