Dear Best Cleaners - I already posted one message regarding my first cleaning order with Best- and because I have now discovered that Best Cleaners GLUED labels to the clothes that I had cleaned -without telling me or asking my permission - I am posting another. I am extremely upset that Best did not advise me a label would be glued to my clothes - and extremely dismayed that I cannot peel it off - I tried - it removed the waistband lining in the pants I had cleaned. Please discount entire order when advertising a discount. The staff shouldn’t be required to apologize for your rigid billing system that can’t do overrides or in this case, the up charge for a “king-size” item that was excluded from the discount. The customer service representative was very understanding, warm and genuine, , explained how the discount worked, apologized beautifully and advised she would bring the matter up to her manager. Asked to have sweater vest folded and not on hanger. It was on hanger and not folded.

Picked up dry cleaning, left off dry cleaning, everything was fine. Just to note we were never carried over in the customer list from Shalletts cleaners. All is well now.
PRICES ARE VERY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER DRY CLEANERS IN THE AREA.

Service good. Prices are way too high. Doesn’t make sense to buy dry clean only items - often after 5 or 6 cleanings, you spent the same amount as the original price of item. Why are there no discount cleaners in area ($2.50 all items, like in other places)?
