Quick and friendly service.
My items were ready the same day and everyone was very nice.
Friendly service and very professional. My clothes always look great.
Price is way too high. I will be looking elsewhere for services. It was a sleeveless dress. No stains.

I guess you really don't want my business any longer. Again today, I went to pick up my order and half my dress shirts were boxed the others on hangers. This is the 2nd time for my most recent orders that staff neglect to pay attention to the "boxed" label on my drop off bag. I use these shirts for business travel. The only half-assed apology I got today was "would you like to come back tomorrow for them to be boxed" No, I do not. For some reason my last order that I received was pressed with wrinkles in the shirts. I have had to repress all the dress shirts.

Everything I asked you to clean wasn't. I had to leave the Jacket for you to try again . If you couldn't clean the items your counter person should've said that up frount. I have no problem paying for top quality but this was very spotty work.
