Lucy Sanchez went above and beyond for us. We had a wake and funeral to attend just a few days after the storm. Since the computer system was down she went out of her way to make sure our clothes were ready in time. Not only were they ready in time, she called my cell phone to tell me we could pick them up that very same day! What a perfect example of outstanding customer service. Lucy, you are amazing, thank you for your outstanding service at such a difficult time!

Nice job cleaning my winter bedspread and blanket plu one special wool sweater I wear a lot because it was given to me my my Aunt. All items were sitting on or near the floor for several months before I could get them to you for the desired cleanings. Thanks so much for your promptness, now I can take them well protected to my attic for use next winter.
