Not happy with reduced hours! I have to be at work at 8am. Also turnaround is slower. 7-6 would be better

$28.93 for 8 dinner napkins!!! $3.40 each Are you serious!!!! You have have given me a quote before you did this job. Also they are folded very sloppy + not nice a neat. Very, very displeased with this cleaning. You did a fabulous job on my wool winter coat. You won’t be seeing me again. Hope your happy with the $28.93. Burned buttons at collar of dress shirt-constant problem multiple times and when they finally sew them back on after complaints they are often so tight to shirt they are useless. High end Brooks Bro’s. Shirts. Don’t go there.

My coat cleaning was uneventful but there was a difficult customer when I picked up my coat. Your employee was patient and polite despite his rudeness.
