I went there for the first time, and before I left my coat I asked for the price after I was told the amount I decided to leave it , I went to pick up it’s was an diff higher balance and when I asked the girl that helped me explained that her boss said it was a higher price , but no one called me to inform me about the price change they just assumed I would still want it , I didn’t like that , I think that if there’s a price change customers should be informed previously not decide for them .. what really helped is that the ... read more

Washed & dried carhart men’s cotton shirt. Shirts came out with stain sports took to cleaners spots gone. What caused the stain ?? They were new. Which one needs fixing or is it the drier sheets ? Salesperson couldn’t help me
Not happy, I dropped off my $15 coupon with my order and had to pay a full price for my order sonce the coupon was lost and not applied to the order. I had another coupon for 20% off and wanted to drop off another order and the clerk could not accept it because it did not have a barcode on it. I showed both coupons on my phone to the clerk and he said that they still could not be used. I took the second order back home. This is not the first time something like this happens. An almost 2 month old billing issue was resolved<
I was very disappointed when I arrived to pick up my tailored pants, and they weren’t completed by the day on the ticket. From what I was told, the pants weren’t even started on when I came to get them. I had to come back the following week. However, I was grateful when I came back get the pants, I was given a coupon due to the inconvenience.
