Everything was ready on time and the staff was pleasant.
Not what it used to be. I dropped off my jacket to have cleaned for a funeral. When I picked it up, it looked the same as when I dropped it off. I showed the clerk. She apologized and said I could have a refund or have them reclean it. I asked to have it cleaned again. I went to pick it up the second time and it was still not clean I asked for a refund and was told I need to come in when the manager is there to get my refund. So many trips and too much trouble. Very disappointed bought them a brand new never worn sweat suit clear as day on the tag that says dry clean only my sweatsuit was ruined also when I picked it up it was wet the lady told me her exact words where we washed it in the washing machine still to this day I’m waiting on my refund it was a very expensive sweatsuit name brand is ice cream

Very disappointed no longer open on sundays - that was always a convenience.
I was supposed to get a 25% discount on my dry cleaning, but associate only applied a 15% discount, when I asked her about it she said it’s only 15% even tho my email code said 25% discount... charged me about $13 more than I should’ve paid. Would like to get that refunded to my card. Thank you.

$11.70 is way too expensive to clean a sweater. There are many cleaners locally that I will frequent in the future. I will not be going to Best. Cleans in the future. Competitors are plentiful!

Did an amazing job cleaning one coat and an okay job fixing another, but employees did not wear masks both times I went in. This puts the public at risk. As someone who has high-risk family, I will not be returning.

Generally have a great experience at this dry cleaner. Staff is always polite and friendly. I brought in kitchen curtains and had a 30% off coupon. Did not get a total when dropping off the curtains. Imagine my shock when I got an email telling me my curtains were ready and I owed $119.00. That was after my discount. I was cleaning them to donate, but now I will have to keep them and forgo getting new curtains. Would not have cleaned them had I known the price.
