Great people who take great care in their work. More often than not, I get an email letting me know my cloths are ready way earlier. The email notification are a great feature! A special thanks to Dawn who is awesome at the Berlin CT place and is very caring about her customers. I live in Southington and can go to many other places, but I have been going to Berlin for over 20 years because they have always been great

The staff and manager were very pleasant. What impressed me was the extra mile they went to explain the process of the cleaning in detail. Felt very good to know the process . There was an unexpected in the cleaning though this was not do to negligence but equipment failure. Even after this I was called to be informed what happened and again very happy for the honestly.
