Clothes are always done right and on time. I was a little disappointed that I was not eligible for any coupons.

Service consistently exceeds my expectations. My clothes are cleaned properly. Stains are recognized and tended to, loose buttons are tightened and importantly sweaters are returned on the proper hanger. Additionally, the customer service reps in the morning, evenings and weekends are great!

The cleaning process is excellent. The women who work behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the fact that my clothes are done in one day if brought in before 11am. My only critique is that you are twice the price of other cleaners I’ve used when I lived on Long Island in NY and also the cleaner I use in Florida where I live know. Because I am not in CT year round it’s hard to have enough clothes cleaned to get a coupon. Please lower your prices or make your coupons more accessible.

It was my first time using Best Cleaners and they really do stand up to their name. They really are the best. The person at the counter was very friendly and my coat was ready in just a few hours. When I got it back it looked like a brand new coat. I was very pleased. I highly recommend this place.
