What’s the best way to treat a customer? When we first asked that question, it was 1954. William J. McCann, Jr., our founder, had just purchased Wolf’s Drycleaners in Middletown. Experience, as always, continues to be excellent and the staff is always pleasant. The new charge card process is top shelf and it speeds up the visit significantly. I am certain that the pandemic has made the processing of clothes more challenging and I am sure there are staffing issues. However, having said that, I have not see a decrease in the quality or any increase in the wait time. Glad to see that you continue to live up to your name. 👍
