Experience, as always, continues to be excellent and the staff is always pleasant. The new charge card process is top shelf and it speeds up the visit significantly. I am certain that the pandemic has made the processing of clothes more challenging and I am sure there are staffing issues. However, having said that, I have not see a decrease in the quality or any increase in the wait time. Glad to see that you continue to live up to your name. 👍
