I recently used Best Cleaners in Glastonbury CT to have a bed spread cleaned. I never used Best Cleaners before but when I was visiting a friend in Glastonbury on 11/18,/2024, I dropped off my spread to be cleaned. I could not believe it when I received a call om 11/19 saying that my bed spread was ready to be picked up. I couldn/t believe how quickly my spread was done! and it was done to perfection! Hello, I pointed out a loose button on my trench coat, they said I would have to use alterations and I said I would tighten it up myself when I picked it up. Unfortunately it is now missing altogether, can you please keep it. I take it you put found buttons somewhere. I am out of the country on business but will be back next week.

I am bringing my comforters to this supplement for a few years. I was surprised that there were burn marks on my comforter. I will have to reevaluate where I bring my items to Now.

Best Cleaners is my favorite place. However, I continually have difficulty with pants coming back not creased. A pair that I brought to you this week were creased and now they are not after being cleaned. This time, I will crease them myself. I may have to check them before I leave the store. Is there any way to rectify this?

My husbands alpaca sweater is missing that I left there Tuesday & went to pick up on Thursday as I received text that it was ready Wednesday. Have stopped in few times and no luck. Would like manager to call me rather than someone from Glastonbury store. Thank you 8602057063
I picked up 6 sweaters about 6 weeks ago. I don’t believe I have any others there.
Cleaners lost six shirts and two pairs of tailored suit pants. Claim that I never dropped off a bag, but somehow this one shirt on my drop-off made it through the system.
