I had an issue however the team took immediate action to resolve and offered to reclean the item with full refund. Great service and care.

The drop off of clothing was perfect in and out very fast. The pick up was even better I love the email to let me know the items are ready. The email is a great feature

I requested that long sleeve shirts be boxed separately for short sleeve shirts. That did not happen. Otherwise, shirts seems clean, although I have not checked all to see if all the buttons and stays are still there.
