I have been going to best for over 20 yrs and although management has changed the customer service is still the best.

There is a young man there whose name I do not know; however his Customer Service Skills are outstanding. He's smart, he's quick and he's always smiling. He even went so far as to call me regarding if I wanted my jeans to have a crease because it hadn't been indicated at intake time but he knows my preferences. You just can't beat that. Best Cleaners is lucky to have him.

I have been a steady customer at the Best Cleaners on South Main St in Middletown, CT for over thirty seven years. In that time I worked 19 years in a suit and tie at the UTC Corporate Headquarters in Hartford, CT and at the Shows, Special Events and Military Marketing Trade Shows for Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, CT. I also worked as a Police Officer for the City of Middletown, CT for 18 years. Great Service and a VERY Customer Friendly Staff!
