Great follow up when corona virus arrived. I was called to ask if I required delivery of my dry cleaning. I was very impressed. Later called to tell.me the cleaners was now open on limited basis.

I originally put my garments in the overnight drop off box in the Glenville store not knowing that this branch was closed indefinitely due to the Coronavirus. I called the State Street branch and Liz was kind enough to go to the Glenville store and retrieve them from the drop off box and bring them to the State Street branch to be cleaned. I picked them up there the next day. I greatly appreciate the help they gave me.

Staff are great - clothing looks great - BUT, the bags stink, as in really, truly, fake-floral fragrance, STINK. And I get an almost-instantaneous allergic reaction to that fragrance, so we have taken to unbagging garments before even bringing them into the main house, then getting the bags out of the house. I was excited & delighted to support you when you converted to CO2 process, but the bags have me questioning whether I should continue to use your services.
