Great, except that the coupon I had received by email was difficult to use when picking up my order. Apparently it should be presented when you drop off your dry cleaning rather than when picking up, even though there’s a barcode right on the coupon. It worked out okay after a couple of phone calls to managers, but it seems that the technology could be improved so that the coupon could just be scanned at the time of pickup. Everyone there was very nice and very helpful!
Brought a rain jacket in for alteration repair. The seamstress was great. It was about a one week turn-around which was good given it is Prom Dress season... Thanks, I will certainly use Best Cleaners again... -Andy
