I picked up my cocktail dress just last week at the Latham location. I was greeted promptly from a team member who was all smiles! I dropped off an ice blue north face that needed special attention and it was all noted on my slip including a conversation about when to pick it up due to the attention it would require. Service was excellent . Clerks were sooo polite. Even transported my coat to the nearest location for me to pick up. I’ll only use best cleaners!!!!!
