Carmela and Korrah at The Albany Shaker location always provide top notch customer service! Carmela is a fantastic seamstress who always goes above and beyond every item she works on. I have recommended numerous friends and family and have always been pleased with results. From environmental point of view, I don’t think hanging our garmet bags on a hanger with plastic over it is a sound business decision. It seems extremely wasteful and contributing to our growing landfill problem.
Clothes are ready on time. I get a text letting me know. The customer service person, Carmella is wonderful
Excellent service. Kind of a convoluted process to use a coupon that you sent me. The representative had to call someone to get permission to use the coupon?
