I had a wonderful experience. The people were attentive and helpful.
I want to give you 0 start but it wouldn't let me. I brought in 2 perfectly good dress coats to be cleaned and now I have none. You completely ruined one coat and lost the belt on the 2nd coat. You offered me a replacement belt which does not match. Basically I was very nicely told "Too bad, so sad. You're out of luck". What really infuriates me is that they bagged up my coats and never called me to tell me what happened. Like I would never notice!! Very dishonest business practice.
