I love the GL store and the staff is fabulous. Professional, courteous, and such positive energy. I actually enjoy dropping off my cleaning.
I have been going to Baryames for probably 25+ years and the service has always been excellent. I primarily use the East Lansing Frandor and Mason locations and I'm always amazed at how quickly their employees get to know my name. They're always very friendly and I would highly recommend. Special shout out to Karen in the Mason location -- very nice.
Quick and friendly drop off and pick up. Same day service if dropped off prior to 10am blew me away.
Two sweaters. Cleaned perfect, pressed to perfection. Was a little upset that I was charged jacket price on both instead of sweater price.

I brought in 3 coats to be cleaned . Yesterday when I put on one of the coats I noticed a button missing from the shoulder. It was a button unique to that coat so now I will have to replace the other shoulder button before I can wear it. I know for a fact that button was NOT missing when I brought the coat in.
When I got out my winter coat for the first time since Baryames had cleaned it last summer, the zipper was broken. I took it into my local Okemos branch, and it was immediately accepted for repair at no charge to me. The zipper was promptly repaired, and I received my winter coat back the next day.
Quick sevice and friendly staff. I will definitely be back!
