Dropped off 3 blouses at 10:30 am Friday morning. The young lady at the counter said “ Wait till Monday and they go on sale “. I asked when they would be ready if I waited until Monday and she said after five. I told her I needed them by 4 so I would have to go with the regular price. I asked her when I could pick them up on Monday and she said around 10:30am. I went to pick them up on Monday around noon and the gal spent 20 min. Everything was done properly, including the excellent mending of a nasty tear in a shirt cuff. As I sat in my car looking for my claim slip, Emily saw me through the windows, recognized me, and had all my items hanging in front before I even entered the store. That is some amazing service for a regular customer.
