Every time I go to Baryames Cleaners the staff person greets me cordially and helps me with whatever cleaning problem I have. If it needs special attention she explains it to me. Then she gives me a date when my order will be ready, usually within 36 hours! Tamara is the young lady who does such a thorough and excellent job.

I dropped off a formal dress and tie, to which I had a coupon for $8 for the dress. The gal working said she would have the manager contact me the next day as I needed to sign a disclosure form for the dress due to the beading. I had to call back twice before getting in touch with the person. I ended up not getting the dress cleaned as the cost would have been at least $75 as they would have to hand clean, again due to beading and details. I appreciate being told that rather than it just being done! Thank you!
