I use your service roughly ever 2 to 3 weeks. I've been very happy with the service it's just two things My laundry doesn't smell that great softener would be nice. Secondly one occasion I was called because my laundry bag was too full. I did not know that there was a size restriction I will do better not to overstuff my bag.

Autumn has extremely good customer service skills she’s always gone above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations.Most recently I took my two pc suit in to be cleaned and I already knew there was a button missing on my jacket. I wanted to make sure my suit was cleaned before I took it to my tailor. When I picked up my suit and returned home, to my surprise, the button was repaired! I was completely unaware the button was fixed when I picked up my suit. By doing this it saved me a unnecessary trip to my tailors. Thanks ... read more

Did a great job on cleaning and press!ing! Just a little expensive. A blouse special was appreciated the last 2 times I had blouses cleaned & pressed...this time the special was on something else. I will probably wait until your next blouse special.
