You prices are just too high !!! 3.25 for a shirt plus I have 2 shirts that had to be special cleaned for$12 each. Service is always great but just can’t deal with the higher price anymore because of the frequency of my clothes needing to be dry cleaned

For the first time in years I used you again while in town. So that you know, I stopped years ago because I received a phone message regarding a shirt I'd forgotten about and left for a couple months. Decent managers would have said something like, "This is a friendly reminder that you still have a shirt with us." Instead the message said, "This message is for our honest customers...." Bad thinking.
