They did a great job pressing two dresses for me.
Tamara the person working at your Okemos location is great. She has impressed both my wife and myself with her great personality and great way in which she treats us and remembers who we are. She is a great employee.
Quick turn around and friendly service!
I just needed my son's graduation gown and award ribbon pressed. I was surprised it couldn't be done in house, but I received an email a couple of hours later that it was ready (earlier than they anticipated). When I went to pick it up, the employee (I don't recall her name) noticed the ribbon didn't look any different and deducted the cost of the item. I was very pleased.
Friendly, fast service at pick-up and drop-off. Extremely convenient location in Haslett with fast turn around on my item. My dry clean only item had several stains that hadn't come out fully with a stain stick, and they're all gone! There was a special on the day I visited, so I was very pleased with the price.
