My recent visit started poorly and finished well thanks to Melissa. A discount was not applied to my order and I was being overcharged. The good news is that Melissa - who is new and hadn’t dealt with this type of problem yet - was able to figure out how to get the discount applied to my order.

I was disappointed that the quilt shrunk. I didn’t expect that would happen with dry cleaning, only with laundering.
