May 17th 4:00 my wife soon to be ex wife decided to clean all of her garments. She was allowed to use my account by simply giving my name and used a debit card to pay for such items. . $200 later I found this on my statement and brought this to the attention of. The dry cleaning was fine, but the representative did not give me an estimate of how much it cost and I was shocked to pay almost $60 when I picked them up. I would not have given her all of the clothing items had I known how much they would be.

You shrunk my sweater!! It is 100% wool, labeled dry clean only! Came back half the size and obviously washed. This sweater was hand made and purchased last year in GALWAY IRELAND! I expect a phone call and a full refund plus cost of the sweater.

Men’s suit pants backside crease was improperly finished at top; it had 2 different creases each going in a different direction and different heights. Across the backside of the slacks there were “4”, yes, four pressed creases each one about 3” long along the seam. Was greatly frustrated with this poor pressing job.
